Importante compañía líder en el sector financiero y de servicios corporativos, dedicada a ofrecer soluciones corporativas de activos a empresas de diversos sectores se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Analista Jurídico y de Cumplimiento, quien será el encargado de apoyar la gestión legal de la empresa, liderando y controlando los programas de cumplimiento normativo (SAGRILAFT y PTEE) y realizando seguimiento a los procesos legales con abogados externos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Controlar y enseñar los procesos de SAGRILAFT y PTEE dentro de la organización.
  • Establecer métodos de seguimiento y controlar las etapas de los procesos judiciales a cargo de abogados externos.
  • Participar en la implementación, actualización y mejora continua de los programas de cumplimiento de la compañía.
  • Actuar como Oficial de Cumplimiento (o suplente) según la estructura establecida.
  • Realizar debida diligencia de contrapartes y terceros.
  • Aplicar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar la gestión jurídica.
  • Brindar apoyo legal en procesos con nociones de cartera y cobranza.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Derecho con tarjeta profesional vigente.
  • Cursos o diplomados acreditados en cumplimiento normativo, prevención de LA/FT/FP (SAGRILAFT), PTEE y curso UIAF.
  • Curso o certificación de UIAF
  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados en areas de cumplimiento normativo.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia profesional en cargos jurídicos financieros (deseable).
  • Deseable experiencia previa actuando como Oficial de Cumplimiento suplente.
