Importante compañía de soluciones para la industria tecnológica busca sumar a su equipo un Asesor Técnico Comercial con manejo de inglés intermedio-avanzado para su operación en Colombia. Este cargo es fundamental para desarrollar nuevos mercados mediante la venta consultiva de soluciones integrales enfocadas en pesaje, empaque y automatización de procesos industriales.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida visión de ingeniería, capaz de diagnosticar las necesidades operativas en la planta del cliente y articular soluciones a la medida trabajando en conjunto con el equipo técnico. Requerimos un profesional orientado a la gestión de proyectos, con la disciplina comercial para acompañar desarrollos de proyectos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Apertura de mercado: Desarrollar e impulsar nuevos negocios en Colombia, Centroamérica y el Caribe.
  • Venta consultiva B2B: Ingresar a las operaciones del cliente para diagnosticar problemas, entender sus procesos a profundidad y diseñar soluciones tecnológicas personalizadas.
  • Gestión de portafolio industrial: Comercializar soluciones dirigidas principalmente a la industria de alimentos para consumo humano y animal, al sector azucarero y a plantas de procesamiento.
  • Gestión de portafolio industrial: Comercializar soluciones dirigidas principalmente a la industria de alimentos para consumo humano y animal, al sector azucarero y a plantas de procesamiento.
  • Dirección de proyectos comerciales: Gestionar oportunidades que varían desde aplicaciones puntuales (menores a USD 10K) hasta liderar la estructuración de grandes proyectos de ingeniería de hasta USD 1 millón.
  • Seguimiento estratégico: Acompañar y gestionar ciclos de venta largos y complejos (de 6 a 12 meses), manteniendo un relacionamiento constante y efectivo con los tomadores de decisión.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: De 2 a 5 años de experiencia técnica o comercial trabajando con machine automation, control discreto y robótica.
  • Conocimientos técnicos e idiomas: Nivel de inglés B1+/B2 (conversacional real), indispensable para manejar documentación técnica, capacitaciones e interactuar a nivel internacional.
