Con un enfoque innovador y de alta calidad, la compañía busca potenciar su división de hidrocarburos integrando a un talento estratégico que impulse el crecimiento y la consolidación del negocio en el sector Oil & Gas.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderazgo Comercial: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de apertura de nuevos mercados, garantizando al mismo tiempo la fidelización, rentabilidad y crecimiento de las cuentas clave existentes.
  • Gestión de Cuentas Estratégicas: Administrar y expandir un portafolio de clientes de alto nivel, con el objetivo de gestionar negociaciones anuales superiores a los 700 millones de pesos.
  • Venta Consultiva B2B: Actuar como un consultor técnico experto, asesorando a los clientes en la implementación y optimización de productos químicos especializados (como procesos de deshidratación de crudo y limpieza de infraestructura).
  • Relacionamiento a todo nivel: Construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza que abarquen toda la cadena de valor del cliente, influyendo en la toma de decisiones desde el personal operativo en campo hasta la alta gerencia.
  • Expansión Internacional: Liderar negociaciones directas con operadoras en Colombia y participar en la gestión técnica comercial para procesos de exportación hacia mercados clave de la región.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación Académica: Profesional graduado en Ingeniería Química, Química Pura o Ingeniería de Petróleos.
  • Experiencia: Trayectoria consolidada de 5 a 10 años desempeñando roles como Asesor Técnico Comercial Senior, Ejecutivo de Cuenta o Coordinador Comercial.
  • Conocimiento del Sector: Comprensión técnica profunda de todo el ciclo de valor del petróleo, desde los procesos de extracción hasta la refinación.
  • Networking: Una red de contactos sólida, comprobable y vigente con tomadores de decisión en las principales operadoras petroleras y empresas del sector.
  • Idiomas: Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio-avanzado (B2), necesario para la interacción ocasional en negocios internacionales.
  • Ubicación Geográfica: Puedes estar en Bogotá, Barrancabermeja, Cartagena o Llanos Orientales.

  • Alta capacidad de relacionamiento corporativo y habilidades de negociación consultiva.
  • Solidez analítica para entender las necesidades operativas en campo y traducirlas en soluciones comerciales efectivas.
