Reconocida compañía del sector financiero digital (banca/fintech) con enfoque en crecimiento rentable y experiencia de cliente está en búsqueda de su Business Owner de Segmento PN en Colombia, que será responsable de maximizar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del segmento, asegurando una propuesta de valor sólida y una experiencia end-to-end.

¿Por qué aplicar a esta posición?

  • Serás el/la dueño(a) del desempeño del segmento, con responsabilidad sobre resultados de negocio.
  • Tendrás exposición transversal y liderazgo por influencia con equipos de Producto, Tecnología y áreas clave.
  • Podrás diseñar y evolucionar la propuesta de valor del segmento con foco en necesidades del cliente.
  • Rol con enfoque data-driven y alto impacto en crecimiento, retención y rentabilidad.

Reportando directamente al Head Comunidad PN, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Definir la estrategia del segmento: visión, objetivos estratégicos y hoja de ruta anual alineada a la estrategia de la compañía.
  • Liderar la gestión del P&L del segmento: ingresos, costos de adquisición, costos de servicio y rentabilidad neta.
  • Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar tendencias, amenazas y oportunidades del segmento.
  • Diseñar la estrategia de pricing y oferta: tarifas, descuentos y condiciones comerciales para optimizar competitividad y margen.
  • Construir y mantener una propuesta de valor diferenciada basada en puntos de dolor y necesidades del cliente.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Marketing o afines.
  • Postgrado o MBA (plus).
  • 7–10 años de experiencia en roles de gestión de negocio, producto, estrategia o consultoría en sector banca/fintech.
  • Experiencia demostrable liderando P&L o resultados financieros clave en sector banca/fintech.
  • Experiencia en gestión/creación de segmentos (altamente valorada).
  • Competencias clave: orientación estratégica, liderazgo por influencia, visión analítica (data-driven), orientación al cliente, comunicación ejecutiva.
