Gerente de Unidad de Negocio - Dispositivos Médicos

Estamos buscando un Gerente de Unidad de Negocio altamente motivado y experimentado en ventas y marketing en dispositivos médicos para liderar nuestra división para Colombia. Reportando a un VP regional y con mas de 40 personas a cargo, esta persona se encargará de liderar la estrategia comercial, financiera y de marketing de su unidad de negocios enfocada en tecnologías de bancos de sangre.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas y marketing para impulsar el crecimiento y el éxito de la unidad de negocio de dispositivos médicos.
  • Liderar y gestionar un equipo de ventas para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio y aumentar la participación de mercado en el sector de dispositivos médicos.
  • Mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los principales actores del mercado, como hospitales y clínicas, médicos y profesionales de la salud, y otros proveedores de servicios.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto de la unidad de negocio, garantizando la rentabilidad y el éxito a largo plazo.

Requisitos:

  • 10 años de experiencia liderando proyectos, cuentas, verticales, unidades de negocio.
  • Experiencia liderando financieramente la estrategia financiera (P&L)
  • Inglés Avanzado - Reporte en inglés

Base: Bogotá
