Buscamos un(a) Capital Markets Manager, un rol estratégico que será clave para estructurar y ejecutar las iniciativas de financiación que soportarán la siguiente etapa de crecimiento de la organización.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la estructuración y ejecución de transacciones de financiamiento, incluyendo deuda bilateral, deuda sindicada, warehouse facilities, securitizaciones y otras estructuras de capital.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con bancos, fondos de deuda, inversionistas institucionales, family offices y otros actores del mercado financiero.
  • Identificar nuevas fuentes de fondeo y diseñar estrategias para diversificar la estructura de capital de la compañía.
  • Liderar procesos de levantamiento de capital desde la preparación de materiales, modelación financiera, due diligence y negociación hasta el cierre de las transacciones.
  • Construir modelos financieros que permitan evaluar diferentes alternativas de financiación y optimizar el costo de capital.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con los equipos de Finanzas, Riesgo, Legal, Producto y Alta Dirección para asegurar una ejecución exitosa de cada operación.
  • Analizar permanentemente las condiciones de mercado, tasas, apetito de inversionistas y tendencias del sector para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.
  • Apoyar la definición de la estrategia de largo plazo de Capital Markets y participar activamente en proyectos corporativos de alto impacto.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o MBA.
  • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en áreas de Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Project Finance o instituciones financieras.
  • Experiencia estructurando operaciones de deuda y levantamiento de capital con entidades financieras o inversionistas institucionales.
  • Conocimiento sólido de productos de financiación, mercados de capitales, instrumentos financieros y estructuración de transacciones.
  • Experiencia desarrollando modelos financieros avanzados y análisis de sensibilidad.
  • Inglés avanzado (capacidad para negociar y presentar frente a inversionistas internacionales).
  • Será altamente valorada la experiencia en fintech, entidades financieras, fondos de inversión, banca de inversión o consultoría financiera.
