This strategic hub drives technological innovation, operational excellence, and the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions supporting critical business operations across North America.

We are looking for a CI Production Services & SRE Lead to lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Production Services function, ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and performance of critical production applications. This role bridges software engineering and operations, driving the adoption of engineering-based operational practices, automation, and continuous improvement while leading a team of engineers and collaborating with development, infrastructure, testing, and business stakeholders.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a global technology environment supporting critical business operations across North America.
  • Lead reliability engineering initiatives focused on high availability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Drive the evolution of production operations through automation, observability, and modern engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and global technology teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, technical innovation, and the development of engineering talent.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, overseeing team performance, operational delivery, and technical development.
  • Drive production reliability, availability, and performance across critical applications, targeting 99.9% system availability.
  • Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
  • Lead major incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), blameless post-mortems, and remediation initiatives to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR).
  • Design and implement observability frameworks using metrics, logs, and traces to improve system monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Drive automation and self-healing capabilities to minimize manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish production readiness reviews, change management practices, release controls, on-call procedures, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
  • Partner with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability, software delivery practices, and lower-environment stability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Oversee capacity planning, performance baselining, and scalability initiatives to ensure robust and sustainable production environments.
  • Communicate production health metrics, incident status, and improvement plans to senior technology and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to oversee third-party service providers, operational governance, and service performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, or production operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior individual contributor.
  • Strong expertise in application troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and memory debugging.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK Stack, Kibana, or Application Insights.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience managing production-critical environments, incident response, and service reliability.
  • Strong understanding of automation, performance optimization, application availability, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior technology and business leaders.
  • Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to mentoring and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including PaaS and identity management solutions such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in improving system reliability and operational performance.
  • Experience in regulated or high-compliance industries.
  • Knowledge of chaos engineering, fault injection, and advanced performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing application production support teams and third-party service providers.

What You'll Get

  • Hybrid work model based in Bogotá, Colombia.
  • The opportunity to lead a team responsible for the reliability of critical business applications.
  • Exposure to global technology operations and collaboration with international stakeholders.
  • A culture focused on continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional development.
  • Opportunities to drive innovation through automation, modern engineering practices, and reliability initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
