Empresa reconhecida no segmento de tecnologia e logística, especializada em soluções de última milha para operações de alto volume, busca um(a) Coordenador(a) de Operações Last Mile no Brasil para liderar a execução operacional e assegurar altos níveis de serviço, eficiência e qualidade nas entregas.

  • Reportando-se diretamente à liderança regional de operações, essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a excelência da operação diária, liderar equipes em campo e acompanhar de forma próxima os principais indicadores de desempenho.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar e coordenar equipes operacionais distribuídas em diferentes centros de distribuição, acompanhando os processos de recebimento, roteirização, expedição e liberação das rotas.
  • Gerenciar a disponibilidade da frota terceirizada, a capacidade operacional, a cobertura das rotas e os principais KPIs, atuando de forma ágil na resolução de ocorrências e desvios operacionais.
  • Manter alinhamento constante com clientes e parceiros operacionais, além de apoiar o planejamento de períodos de alta demanda e a implementação de novas operações e centros de distribuição.

Requisitos para a posição

  • Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em operações logísticas, distribuição ou Last Mile, preferencialmente em ambientes de alto volume.
  • Experiência na liderança de equipes operacionais distribuídas em diferentes centros de distribuição ou hubs logísticos.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de frota terceirizada, roteirização, expedição, capacidade operacional e acompanhamento de KPIs.
  • Perfil altamente operacional e hands-on, com forte capacidade de resolução de problemas, tomada de decisão ágil e orientação para resultados.
  • Espanhol em nível conversacional/profissional, considerando a interação frequente com equipes e lideranças regionais.
  • Experiência anterior em operações de grandes marketplaces, empresas de e-commerce ou operadores de última milha será considerada um diferencial.
