Reconocida compañía del sector consumo masivo alimentos con operación a nivel nacional, enfocada en la excelencia operativa y la optimización del talento humano, está en búsqueda de su Coordinador de Administración de Personal en Bogotá que lidere la gestión integral del gasto laboral, control de planta y administración de personal mediante el uso de indicadores y herramientas analíticas.

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Relaciones Laborales y Administración de Personal, sus principales responsabilidades serán

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la elaboración y análisis de indicadores de gestión humana para la toma de decisiones.
  • Construir y hacer seguimiento al forecast y presupuesto de gastos de personal.
  • Controlar la estructura organizacional (aprobada vs ocupada) y optimizar la planta de personal.
  • Supervisar la gestión de dotación, órdenes de compra y documentación de colaboradores.
  • Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua en procesos de administración de personal.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, idealmente con especialización.
  • Experiencia de 5 a 6 años total, con al menos 3 a 4 años en roles similares.
  • Conocimiento en presupuestos y gestión de personal, nómina, y legislación laboral.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Excel avanzado, Power BI y conocimientos básicos en SAP.
