Reconocida compañía líder del sector de consumo masivo, con sólida trayectoria en el mercado colombiano y una fuerte cultura organizacional enfocada en la excelencia y el desarrollo del talento, está en búsqueda de su Coordinador de Compensación en Bogotá, que lidere y coordine los procesos de compensación garantizando la equidad salarial, competitividad del mercado y correcta administración de la estructura organizacional.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Coordinar y controlar el proceso de compensación de la compañía, incluyendo revisiones salariales, encuestas y estudios de mercado.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizada la estructura organizacional y perfiles de cargo en el sistema SAP.
  • Consolidar y reportar información relacionada con incrementos salariales anuales y pagos de bonos corporativos.
  • Gestionar requisiciones de personal y elaborar ofertas laborales para candidatos seleccionados.
  • Realizar la liquidación y seguimiento de bonos variables y bonificaciones para diferentes canales comerciales.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia total laboral de aproximadamente 5 a 6 años, con al menos 3 años en roles relacionados con compensación.
  • Conocimiento en compensación, nómina y legislación laboral. Experiencia en manejo de estructuras organizacionales, presupuestos y sistemas de compensación.
