Reconocida compañía del sector consumo masivo alimentos está en búsqueda de su Coordinador(a) de Cultura y Ecosistema de Innovación en Bogotá que será responsable de fortalecer la cultura de innovación e impulsar la articulación del ecosistema para generar resultados sostenibles.

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Innovación, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Fortalecer la cultura de innovación mediante encuentros y gestión de ideas.
  • Coordinar la implementación de la metodología SIT y la arquitectura de innovación.
  • Gestionar proyectos de innovación y el banco de ideas.
  • Reconocer y fortalecer el ecosistema de innovación, incluyendo alianzas con universidades.
  • Identificar y vincular startups al ecosistema, además de participar en convocatorias externas.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en diseño industrial, ingeniería industrial o gestión de innovación.
  • Experiencia total de al menos 5 años, con 4 años en roles de innovación.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos, creatividad, ejecución de eventos y habilidades sociales.
  • Experiencia previa en áreas de innovación, proyectos creativos y relacionamiento con ecosistemas externos.
