Reconocida compañía multinacional está en búsqueda de su Coordinador(a) de Gestión Humana en Ciudad de México, quien será responsable de liderar y supervisar integralmente los procesos del área.

Reportando directamente a la Vicepresidencia de Gestión Humana y a la Dirección General de la operación en México, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Supervisar integralmente los procesos de nómina, reclutamiento, selección, contratación, desvinculación, capacitación y comunicación interna.
  • Implementar la estrategia del área, estandarizar políticas y procedimientos, y asegurar su correcta parametrización de acuerdo con las necesidades de la operación.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral mexicana, gestionar las relaciones laborales y liderar directamente al equipo responsable de nómina y selección.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación profesional en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Recursos Humanos o carreras relacionadas.
  • Al menos cinco años de experiencia integral en Gestión Humana, preferiblemente en compañías con más de 100 colaboradores.
  • Experiencia supervisando nómina, selección, relaciones laborales, estructura organizacional, políticas y procesos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Liderazgo de equipos, capacidad de negociación, orientación a resultados y habilidad para impulsar la ejecución de iniciativas. El conocimiento de Workday será altamente valorado.
