Una reconocida compañía del sector de consumo masivo está en búsqueda de su Coordinador de Innovación en Bogotá, quien tendrá el reto de liderar y gestionar de principio a fin los procesos y proyectos de innovación de la compañía, fortaleciendo la cultura de innovación y desarrollando iniciativas que generen valor para el negocio.

¿Por qué aplicar a esta posición?

Tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de innovación de inicio a fin, con impacto directo en diferentes áreas de la organización.

Participarás en la implementación de modelos y metodologías de innovación, incluyendo Stage-Gate, así como en iniciativas de desarrollo de nuevos productos.

Podrás fortalecer el ecosistema de innovación, generando relaciones estratégicas con universidades, empresas y otros actores relevantes.

Reportando directamente a la Dirección de I+D, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar los procesos de innovación de inicio a fin, asegurando su gestión, seguimiento y ejecución.
  • Conocer, implementar y gestionar modelos de innovación.
  • Gestionar proyectos de innovación de manera integral, más allá de los procesos exclusivamente relacionados con I+D.
  • Liderar iniciativas para fortalecer la cultura de innovación dentro de la compañía.
  • Gestionar y fortalecer el ecosistema de innovación, desarrollando relaciones estratégicas con universidades, empresas y otros actores.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas u otras carreras relacionadas con la gestión de innovación y proyectos.
  • Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en innovación, gestión de proyectos, modelos y metodologías de innovación, cultura de innovación o ecosistemas de innovación.
  • Experiencia en implementación de procesos y proyectos de innovación, incluyendo conocimiento de metodologías como Stage-Gate.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de nuevos productos, relacionamiento con universidades y empresas, siendo el desarrollo de nuevos productos un plus.
