Reconocida compañía del sector de consumo masivo y manufactura está en búsqueda de su Coordinador(a) de Relaciones Laborales en Bogotá, que lidere estratégicamente la gestión de relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y mitigación de riesgos laborales y sindicales.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y gestionar los procesos disciplinarios de la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente y políticas internas.
  • Gestionar las relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas, brindando acompañamiento jurídico a líderes y áreas de Gestión Humana.
  • Participar en mesas de diálogo, negociación colectiva y relacionamiento sindical.
  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a litigios laborales, tutelas, reclamaciones y procesos judiciales.
  • Elaborar conceptos jurídicos, capacitaciones y recomendaciones preventivas orientadas a minimizar riesgos laborales y sindicales.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Derecho con especialización en Derecho Laboral, Relaciones Laborales, Seguridad Social o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 4 a 6 años de experiencia en relaciones laborales dentro de compañías de consumo masivo, manufactura, alimentos o ambientes sindicalizados.
  • Experiencia sólida en litigio laboral, manejo sindical, negociación colectiva y procesos disciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento en legislación laboral colombiana, estabilidad laboral reforzada e indicadores de relaciones laborales.
