Reconocida entidad religiosa sin ánimo de lucro, con operación regional en Latinoamérica y estructura multipaís, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Contador Público Integral para asumir el rol de Coordinador Regional Administrativo y Contable con base presencial en Bogotá. Esta posición será clave para asegurar la exactitud contable, el cumplimiento tributario, la ejecución de presupuestos y la eficiencia operativa de las sedes de Colombia y Venezuela, trabajando de forma articulada con el equipo administrativo en territorio venezolano.

¿Qué harás en esta posición? Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Administrativa y Financiera, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Ciclo contable completo: Supervisar y ejecutar el registro de transacciones, recibos de caja, comprobantes de egreso y elaboración de estados financieros en ambos países.
  • Gestión de personal: Liderar y coordinar al equipo a cargo (1-3 personas), asegurando la alineación operativa y el envío oportuno de información.
  • Control bancario y tesorería: Monitorear movimientos, elaborar conciliaciones bancarias y supervisar el flujo de caja.
  • Cumplimiento tributario: Preparar y presentar impuestos nacionales y distritales, así como el reporte de información exógena (nacional y distrital).
  • Gestión presupuestal: Participar activamente en la elaboración, seguimiento y control de presupuestos operativos.
  • Gestión administrativa integral: Coordinar la nómina, seguridad social, compras y demás funciones asignadas inherentes a la naturaleza del cargo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación académica: Profesional en Contaduría Pública con Tarjeta Profesional vigente.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 8 años de experiencia certificable en el área contable y administrativa, con manejo comprobado de personal a cargo (1 a 3 personas).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Normatividad contable (NIIF) y tributaria vigente (Colombia y deseable nociones de Venezuela). Manejo del ciclo contable completo, impuestos locales/nacionales e información exógena. Elaboración de presupuestos, nómina y análisis de datos. Deseable dominio del software contable Siigo.
  • Habilidades clave: Alto nivel de responsabilidad, capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, organización y excelente actitud de servicio.
