Reconocida compañía de servicios integrales está en búsqueda de su Coordinadora de Contratación en Bogotá que lidere los procesos de contratación masiva, auditorías de selección y movilidad de personal a nivel nacional.

Reportando directamente a la Jefatura de Selección, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Coordinar y supervisar los procesos de contratación masiva de personal a nivel nacional.
  • Ejecutar auditorías diarias de contratación, asegurando el cumplimiento de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Gestionar las reubicaciones de personal, anulaciones de contrato y la transferencia documental en sistemas BPMS.
  • Liderar y promover los programas de Empleo Incluyente dentro de la organización.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia previa en procesos de contratación masiva.
  • Experiencia laboral en empresas de servicios temporales o de consumo masivo.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de auditorías de procesos de contratación.
  • Competencias en gestión documental y seguimiento de indicadores operacionales de Talento Humano.
