Reconocida compañía del sector industrial está en búsqueda de su Customer Service en Bogotá, quien será responsable de asegurar una experiencia de servicio ágil, oportuna y de alta calidad para los clientes, gestionando órdenes de compra, consultas, reclamos y seguimiento logístico durante todo el proceso comercial.

Reportando directamente al Country Manager sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar y registrar órdenes de compra en SAP, verificando precios, condiciones comerciales, cantidades y presentaciones.
  • Atender y canalizar solicitudes, consultas y reclamos de clientes relacionados con productos, precios, muestras, cotizaciones, disponibilidad, transporte y entregas.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los despachos desde el almacén hasta la entrega final, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna con el cliente y las áreas internas.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser egresado/a universitario/a en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Ingeniería Química o carreras afines.
  • Contar con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en compañías industriales, de servicios o con procesos comerciales B2B.
  • Tener manejo intermedio de Office e inglés intermedio.
  • Contar con conocimiento en SAP será un plus importante para el rol.
