Importante compañía de tecnología y software que desarrolla una plataforma digital de ejecución en campo dirigida a empresas de bienes de consumo, se encuentra en la búsqueda de Customer Success Manager (LATAM) en Ciudad de México, su misión será garantizar que los clientes alcancen sus objetivos de negocio utilizando las soluciones de Spring, liderando programas exitosos, gestionando el ciclo de vida de los proyectos y manteniendo altos estándares de satisfacción.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Ser el principal punto de contacto para los clientes de LATAM, asegurando que sus necesidades sean atendidas y que su voz sea escuchada dentro de la compañía.
  • Responsable de la ejecución integral (end-to-end) de los proyectos de clientes. Definir alcances, gestionar cronogramas y asegurar que todos los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad de la compañía.
  • Mantener una cadencia constante con los clientes para monitorear avances, resolver cuellos de botella e identificar oportunidades de expansión.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes periódicos de desempeño (QBRs / revisiones trimestrales de negocio y chequeos mensuales de salud) tanto a los clientes como al Director de Customer Success.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de Ventas, Producto y Soporte para garantizar una experiencia fluida para el cliente a lo largo de todo su journey.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Más de 5 años en Gestión de Proyectos, Customer Success o Account Management (preferiblemente en empresas SaaS).
  • Idealmente con exposición directa a vansales, presales y procesos comerciales propios de modelos de distribución en consumo masivo.
  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.
  • Experiencia específica en el mercado de CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
  • Inglés Avanzado conversacional.
  • Sólido dominio en gestión de proyectos y manejo de stakeholders.
