Acerca del Rol

Buscamos un Analista de Automatización y Desarrollo apasionado por la eficiencia operativa, la tecnología y la transformación digital. Tu principal objetivo será diseñar, desarrollar e integrar automatizaciones y soluciones tecnológicas que optimicen flujos de trabajo, reduzcan tareas manuales y fortalezcan el ecosistema digital de la organización.

Buscamos un perfil analítico, autónomo y con mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo, capaz de conectar herramientas de desarrollo tradicional (custom code) con soluciones low-code e Inteligencia Artificial aplicada.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Automatización de procesos: Identificar, diseñar e implementar flujos automatizados para procesos internos, garantizando retorno medible (ahorro de tiempo, reducción de errores y costos).
  • Integración de sistemas: Conectar plataformas mediante el consumo y exposición de APIs (REST / Webhooks) con autenticación segura (OAuth, tokens).
  • Gestión y desarrollo en CRM: Diseñar flujos, funciones personalizadas, módulos a la medida e integraciones para optimizar el uso del CRM corporativo.
  • Mantenimiento y trazabilidad: Garantizar la continuidad operativa de las automatizaciones y desarrollos existentes, documentando técnicamente cada solución creada.
  • Desarrollo a la medida: Resolver requerimientos técnicos de nivel intermedio para internalizar soluciones y optimizar el uso de proveedores externos.
  • Uso de IA aplicada: Apoyarse en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (Claude, Codex u otras) para acelerar, validar y depurar código de forma eficiente.

Requisitos e Historial Profesional

Educación y Formación

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • También se aceptan perfiles técnicos/tecnólogos o con formación autodidacta comprobable mediante un portafolio de proyectos reales.

Experiencia Requerida

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo, integración de sistemas o automatización de procesos.
  • Programación fluida en al menos un lenguaje como JavaScript, Python, PHP, Deluge o similar.
  • Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y lenguaje SQL (Joins, subconsultas, agregaciones).
  • Integración de aplicaciones mediante APIs REST, Webhooks y protocolos de autenticación.
  • Manejo de herramientas low-code/no-code de automatización como Make, n8n, Zapier o Power Automate.
  • Desarrollo backend (lógica de servidor, endpoints, manejo de datos).
  • Experiencia en parametrización y desarrollo sobre cualquier CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, entre otros).
