Reconocida compañía de desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios y de infraestructura está en búsqueda de un Director Comercial en Ibagué. Esta posición será clave para estructurar y liderar la estrategia de ventas a nivel nacional.

Buscamos un líder cercano y apasionado por las ventas, con facilidad para conectar tanto con su equipo como con las necesidades de los clientes, involucrándose de manera activa en el cierre de los negocios.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear la estrategia comercial de los proyectos de vivienda para dinamizar y acelerar el ritmo de ventas.
  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar a un equipo comercial.
  • Visitar las salas de venta a nivel regional con foco operativo en Ibagué, entrenando y apoyando al equipo comercial.
  • Gestionar y realizar seguimiento al recaudo y al avance de los negocios activos.
  • Acompañar todo el ciclo de la venta inmobiliaria: desde la vinculación inicial y separación, hasta el cierre con la escrituración.
  • Trabajar con el área de Marketing para optimizar la conversión de prospectos en ventas efectivas.

¿Qué debes tener previamente?

  • Experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos comerciales dentro del sector de la construcción o inmobiliario.
  • Conocimiento de todo el ciclo de venta de vivienda, preferiblemente con experiencia previa en proyectos VIS.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial y viajar por la región, ya que la operación exige presencia constante en Ibagué, Bogotá y Barranquilla.
  • Un perfil altamente dinámico, negociador y orientado a resultados, con facilidad para resolver problemas.
  • Conocimientos complementarios en Marketing, especialmente entendiendo cómo funciona la generación y conversión de leads.
