Importante compañía del sector textil y de la moda, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Director/a de negocios y producto, con profundo conocimiento del mercado textil, tendencias, compras y desarrollo de producto. Su misión será desarrollar y seleccionar colecciones asertivas que equilibren tendencia, comercialidad y rentabilidad, impactando directamente en el crecimiento y posicionamiento de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Definir los precios de venta de cada producto, asegurando competitividad y rentabilidad.
  • Garantizar la evacuación mínima de inventarios y el cumplimiento de márgenes óptimos para las líneas asignadas.
  • Planear y definir cantidades de compra, localización de producciones y distribución según clima y tipo de tienda.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y selección de colecciones alineadas con tendencias globales y necesidades del mercado local.
  • Analizar el comportamiento de ventas y necesidades comerciales para ajustar estrategias de compra.
  • Coordinar con áreas de comercial, diseño y visual merchandising para asegurar coherencia en la propuesta de valor en tienda.
  • Liderar al equipo de compradores/as y analistas de producto, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos y crecimiento del área.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Administración de Negocios, Ingeniería de Producción o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 7 a 10 años en análisis de tendencias de mercado, gestión estratégica de compras y definición de colecciones.
  • Habilidad para el análisis numérico, gestión de indicadores y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento en interpretación de tendencias de moda y materias primas.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de compras o producto es altamente valorada.
