Buscamos un Director Nacional / Country Manager con un perfil "Hunter" y alta capacidad de autogestión para liderar nuestra expansión en Colombia. Si eres un líder inspirador, con un networking sólido en el sector tecnológico y de servicios intangibles, y tienes la habilidad de transformar estrategias en resultados tangibles, ¡esta posición es para ti!

Tu objetivo principal será coordinar el equipo comercial nacional (12 asesores) y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas ambiciosas en un entorno de alta consultoría y relaciones de alto nivel.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Te unirás como la figura clave para "hacer que las cosas sucedan" en el mercado colombiano, reportando directamente a la Dirección Regional.

Serás el puente entre la estrategia internacional y la ejecución local.

En este rol deberás:

  • Liderar y mentorizar: Dirigir a un equipo de 12 asesores en ciudades clave (Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla), fomentando un estilo de liderazgo inspirador y enfocado en el "Team back" (eventos y conexiones).
  • Gestión Comercial "Hunter": Identificar oportunidades de negocio de alto impacto, manteniendo una relación estrecha con Head Hunters y tomadores de decisión en el área de RRHH.
  • Control Financiero: Supervisar el P&L local (Ventas, Costos, Gastos, Utilidad y Margen de contribución).
  • Ejecución Estratégica: Aterrizar la visión de la compañía en planes de acción concretos, garantizando que el ciclo de venta de intangibles sea fluido y profesional.
  • Reporting: Monitorear indicadores clave, con una meta de cierre de $3M USD.
  • Optimización de Procesos: Coordinar con las áreas de Logística, Ingeniería de Programas y Marketing para asegurar la entrega de valor al cliente.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5-8 años en posiciones de liderazgo comercial (Director, Country Manager o Líder de Equipos Senior) manejando servicios intangibles o consultoría.
  • Enfoque de Mercado: Experiencia coordinando equipos comerciales distribuidos geográficamente.
  • Networking: Relaciones sólidas y previas con sectores de Tecnología y Recursos Humanos (Cultura Organizacional).
  • Idioma: Inglés deseable (nivel intermedio-avanzado para conversaciones estratégicas).
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Capacidad analítica para el manejo de presupuestos y proyecciones de ventas de alto volumen.

  • Liderazgo Inspirador: Capacidad para generar compromiso en el equipo de asesores.
