Compañía de manufactura industrial se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Director Técnico, quien será responsable de dirigir y optimizar los procesos técnicos e industriales de la planta de confección, garantizando eficiencia operativa, reducción de costos, calidad del producto, estandarización de procesos y mejora continua, alineados con la estrategia de producción y crecimiento de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar y optimizar los procesos productivos (corte, confección, acabados).
  • Definir y estructurar el layout de planta y el balanceo de líneas de producción, buscando maximizar la productividad y el uso eficiente de recursos.
  • Implementar metodologías de mejora continua y Lean Manufacturing.
  • Liderar proyectos de automatización, tecnificación y modernización de procesos, incorporando nuevas tecnologías y maquinaria especializada para el sector textil.
  • Diseñar y estandarizar fichas técnicas, métodos de producción y procesos operativos, garantizando consistencia en la fabricación de los productos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad en todas las etapas del proceso productivo.
  • Definir, monitorear y gestionar indicadores de productividad industrial, facilitando la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Realizar y supervisar estudios de tiempos y movimientos, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la operación.
  • Implementar y optimizar el balanceo de líneas de producción para asegurar la eficiencia del flujo productivo.
  • Implementar metodologías como SMED para la reducción de tiempos de cambio en maquinaria y procesos.
  • Monitorear y controlar la eficiencia de máquinas y operarios, garantizando el cumplimiento de metas de producción.
  • Definir y mantener estándares operativos de producción para asegurar consistencia y calidad.
  • Coordinar con el área técnica los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria industrial.
  • Liderar la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, incluyendo maquinaria especializada y herramientas tecnológicas como software CAD/CAM y parametrización del ERP SAP.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería Mecánica.
  • Especialización en áreas relacionadas.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en posiciones a fines.
  • Conocimiento en el sector textil.
