Compañía dedicada a la producción y comercialización de flores, con presencia en mercados internacionales, se encuentra en búsqueda de su DIRECTOR TÉCNICO con experiencia en PROPAGACIÓN, profesional en Ingeniería Agronómica, con experiencia en sanidad vegetal y procesos de propagación en el sector floricultor, habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas oportunas que garanticen la calidad y eficiencia de los procesos productivos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y coordinar la gestión técnica de los procesos de propagación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y sanidad vegetal, la correcta organización del equipo de trabajo y la articulación con las diferentes fincas. Esto incluye la toma de decisiones oportunas frente a novedades fitosanitarias, la implementación de estrategias de prevención y control, y el seguimiento continuo a los procesos para garantizar su eficiencia y cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Liderar y organizar al equipo técnico de propagación, definiendo prioridades, asignando responsabilidades y realizando seguimiento a las actividades y resultados.
  • Supervisar los procesos de propagación vegetal, garantizando el cumplimiento de los protocolos técnicos, los estándares de calidad y las condiciones fitosanitarias requeridas.
  • Coordinar y mantener una comunicación efectiva con los equipos de las diferentes fincas, asegurando la alineación de los lineamientos técnicos y el acompañamiento necesario para la operación.
  • Implementar y hacer seguimiento a estrategias de prevención, monitoreo y control fitosanitario.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de propagación, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa y a la calidad del material vegetal.
  • Reportar avances, resultados y novedades técnicas al Gerente de Propagación, facilitando el seguimiento y la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Agrónoma.
  • Experiencia de 6 a 7 años en sanidad vegetal, preferiblemente en el sector floricultor.
  • Experiencia específica de 1 a 3 años en procesos de propagación vegetal.
  • Conocimientos en MIPE y MIRFE, manejo fitosanitario y protocolos de prevención, monitoreo y control de plagas y enfermedades.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo, organizando actividades y haciendo seguimiento al cumplimiento de objetivos.
