Reconocida institución educativa líder en Latinoamérica, enfocada en el desarrollo de talento y soluciones de aprendizaje corporativo, está en búsqueda de su Diseñador de Soluciones de Aprendizaje, quien será responsable de diseñar soluciones académicas de alto valor que impacten directamente el desempeño de las organizaciones cliente.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Tendrás la oportunidad de conectar negocio, educación y transformación organizacional.

Diseñarás soluciones a la medida para empresas líderes en distintos sectores.

En este rol deberás:

  • Acompañar al asesor comercial en reuniones con clientes para identificar necesidades, retos y objetivos de negocio.
  • Diseñar soluciones de aprendizaje a la medida alineadas a la normativa académica y objetivos del cliente.
  • Construir propuestas de valor estructuradas y presentarlas al cliente.
  • Ajustar las soluciones en función del feedback del cliente hasta lograr el cierre exitoso.
  • Trabajar de la mano con expertos temáticos para el desarrollo de contenido académico.
  • Diseñar programas, journeys de aprendizaje y planes de aplicación en el trabajo.
  • Definir resultados esperados, indicadores de impacto y entregables académicos.
  • Dar seguimiento a la implementación de las soluciones en coordinación con áreas operativas.
  • Documentar propuestas, resultados y aprendizajes en sistemas internos.
  • Participar en espacios de planeación estratégica del área

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación profesional en ingeniería, administración o áreas afines.
  • 3 y 5 años de experiencia en diseño de soluciones de aprendizaje, desarrollo de talento o consultoría organizacional.
  • Experiencia en venta consultiva, diagnóstico de necesidades o diseño de soluciones a la medida.
  • Deseable maestría en educación, tecnología educativa o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento en aprendizaje de adultos (andragogía).
  • Manejo de herramientas de tecnología educativa (LMS, plataformas virtuales, herramientas colaborativas).
  • Inglés a nivel de conversación de negocios (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
