Acerca del puesto Responsable de Curso

Nuestro cliente es una prestigiosa institución educativa internacional ubicada en Bogotá, se destaca por implementar un modelo pedagógico multicultural, multilingüe y de alto nivel académico.

Por esta razón, la posición requiere un docente con dominio avanzado del idioma alemán y con capacidad para asumir la responsabilidad completa de un curso, liderando procesos académicos, disciplinarios y de acompañamiento estudiantil y familiar.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

El Docente será el líder estratégico de su aula y el mentor principal de sus estudiantes, materializando el modelo pedagógico europeo a través de tres pilares clave:

1. Liderazgo Académico (Modelo Self-Contained)

  • Inmersión lingüística transversal: Dictar asignaturas clave (Matemáticas, Ciencias, Lenguaje y Alemán) utilizando el alemán como idioma vehicular.
  • Diseño curricular: Planificar, estructurar y evaluar con autonomía las experiencias de aprendizaje de tu grupo.

2. Mentoría y Desarrollo Socioemocional

  • Cultura y convivencia: Liderar el manejo integral del grupo, promoviendo un entorno seguro, estructurado y disciplinado.
  • Acompañamiento holístico: Monitorear de cerca tanto el progreso académico como el bienestar socioemocional de cada estudiante.

3. Gestión Comunitaria e Institucional

  • Relación con familias: Ser el canal oficial y asertivo de comunicación con los padres, gestionando su relación con el colegio con alta diplomacia.
  • Sinergia directiva: Trabajar articuladamente con las coordinaciones y equipos de inclusión para alinear el aula con las metas de la institución.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Idealmente deberías contar con:

  • Alemán: Nivel C1 o C2 certificado (fluidez prácticamente nativa).
  • Formación docente oficial alemana o suiza: Erste und Zweite Staatsexamen für das Lehramt an Grundschulen (bzw. Primarstufen).
  • Master of Education (Maestría en Educación) o formación equivalente reglamentada para la educación primaria.

Buscamos un docente integral con dominio avanzado del idioma alemán capaz de asumir la responsabilidad completa y el liderazgo de un curso
