Reconocida compañía de consumo masivo está en búsqueda de su Ejecutivo de Cadena Regional para Ibagué que se encargue de gestionar integralmente las cuentas regionales asignadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con clientes estratégicos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestión comercial y de relaciones: Construir y ejecutar planes comerciales mensuales orientados al crecimiento de las cuentas y mantener contacto permanente con compradores mediante visitas frecuentes.
  • Negociación y seguimiento: Realizar seguimiento a acuerdos comerciales, compromisos adquiridos, presupuestos y proyecciones de largo plazo.
  • Ejecución en punto de venta: Asegurar la correcta visibilidad, surtido y disponibilidad del portafolio en las tiendas.
  • Gestión financiera de cuentas: Garantizar una adecuada administración de cartera, recaudo, seguimiento a pagos y control de devoluciones.
  • Coordinación transversal: Trabajar de la mano con áreas internas como logística y servicio al cliente para asegurar altos niveles de servicio.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia específica: Entre 4 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones como Ejecutivo de Cuentas.
  • Enfoque en el sector: Experiencia comprobada en el manejo de cadenas regionales dentro de compañías de consumo masivo.
  • Habilidades comerciales: Experiencia sólida en negociación comercial, relacionamiento directo con compradores y ejecución en punto de venta.
  • Competencias clave: Fuerte orientación al cliente, capacidad analítica, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados.
