Reconocida compañía multinacional con operación en Colombia está en búsqueda de su Ejecutivo/a de Cuenta Canal Hospitalario en Bogotá, quien tendrá el reto de fortalecer el desarrollo comercial del canal institucional, gestionando distribuidores estratégicos y relaciones de alto valor con clínicas, hospitales e instituciones de salud.

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento del canal hospitalario a través de distribuidores clave, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y participación de mercado.
  • Gestionar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con distribuidores e instituciones de salud, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y construyendo propuestas de valor diferenciales para el canal.
  • Liderar procesos de negociación, análisis de mercado, gestión de precios, licitaciones y planes de acción para capturar nuevas oportunidades dentro del ecosistema institucional.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Enfermería, carreras de la salud, administración, mercadeo o áreas afines, con trayectoria marcadamente comercial.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el sector salud, canal hospitalario, instituciones médicas o manejo de distribuidores especializados.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de licitación, negociación institucional, gestión de precios y relacionamiento con tomadores de decisión.
  • Alta capacidad analítica, manejo de herramientas de Office y disponibilidad para viajar a diferentes zonas del país.
