Reconocida compañía multinacional con operación en Colombia está en búsqueda de su Ejecutivo/a de Cuenta Canal Retail en Bogotá, quien tendrá el reto de impulsar el crecimiento comercial en grandes cuentas, cadenas y distribuidores estratégicos, asegurando una ejecución efectiva en el punto de venta y el fortalecimiento de relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave.

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento del canal retail, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad, participación de mercado y ejecución por cliente.
  • Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con grandes cuentas, cadenas y distribuidores, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, construyendo planes comerciales por cuenta y fortaleciendo la presencia en el punto de venta.
  • Liderar procesos de negociación, análisis de indicadores, seguimiento a categorías, actividades promocionales y planes de acción para capturar oportunidades y mitigar riesgos del mercado.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años gestionando cuentas clave en canal retail, grandes superficies, cadenas, farmacias o distribuidores.
  • Conocimiento en negociación comercial, manejo de indicadores, rentabilidad por cliente, promociones, trade marketing y ejecución en punto de venta.
  • Alta capacidad analítica, liderazgo, orientación a resultados y habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos internos y externos.
