Nuestro cliente, un destacado grupo innovador en el sector fintech y de servicios financieros con presencia en Colombia y Estados Unidos, busca sumar a su equipo a un(a) Especialista Contable y Administrativo(a) en Bogotá, Colombia. Este cargo es fundamental para internalizar, liderar y transformar la función contable de dos de sus compañías pioneras, siendo responsable del ciclo contable completo, la firma de estados financieros y la automatización de procesos mediante tecnología e inteligencia artificial.

Buscamos a un(a) profesional con mentalidad hands-on, bilingüe y con fuerte criterio técnico, capaz de ir más allá de la contabilidad tradicional. Alguien con autonomía para resolver problemas, visión integral del negocio, capacidad para trabajar en estructuras matriciales y la iniciativa necesaria para eliminar ineficiencias y construir una operación financiera moderna y escalable.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestión contable integral: Liderar la operación diaria de dos unidades de negocio, asegurar cierres mensuales oportunos, preparar y firmar estados financieros, y gestionar facturación y conciliaciones.
  • Cumplimiento tributario y regulatorio: Garantizar el pago oportuno de impuestos sin contingencias, aplicando NIIF (y deseable US GAAP) bajo los marcos regulatorios del sector fintech.
  • Relación con terceros y reporte internacional: Operar como punto de contacto directo con firmas de auditoría en EE. UU. y gestionar la información contable dentro de una estructura matricial (Colombia + EE. UU.).
  • Automatización e Inteligencia Artificial: Liderar la optimización y automatización de procesos (cierres, conciliaciones, facturación) para construir una función contable apalancada en IA.
  • Socio estratégico del negocio: Trabajar junto a la dirección financiera para brindar visibilidad de datos y apoyar la toma de decisiones sin burocracia.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Educación: Profesional en Contaduría Pública con tarjeta profesional vigente y capacidad legal para firmar estados financieros.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa asumiendo la contabilidad completa de una compañía, cierres mensuales, impuestos y reportería (deseable trayectoria en Fintech, Banca o Servicios Financieros).
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-avanzado funcional (indispensable para interacción y reportes hacia EE. UU.).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Sólido dominio de NIIF, manejo de ERPs (deseable QuickBooks u Odoo) y gestión contable multi-compañía o matricial. Valioso conocimiento en US GAAP.
  • Habilidades blandas: Orientación a soluciones, autonomía, pensamiento crítico, mentalidad de innovación/IA y excelente comunicación. (Abiertos a perfiles de alto potencial con sólida autonomía técnica).
