Importante compañía del sector de energías renovables se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Especialista en Incentivos Tributarios (Ley 1715) e Importaciones Temporales enfocado(a) en liderar la estructuración, gestión y cumplimiento normativo de proyectos de Fuentes No Convencionales de Energía (FNCE).

Detalles del Rol:

  • Tipo de contrato: Prestación de servicios.
  • Modalidad: hibrido (con disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales a proyectos o sedes según requerimientos).

Objetivo Principal del Cargo:

Asesorar y liderar la evaluación, estructuración y obtención de incentivos tributarios ante las entidades gubernamentales competentes (como la UPME). Asimismo, coordinar los regímenes de importación temporal y los procesos de compras nacionales e internacionales, asegurando la viabilidad técnica, legal y financiera de los proyectos bajo el marco de la Ley 1715.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Procesos Ley 1715: Analizar la normativa vigente y estructurar los procesos de postulación para la obtención de beneficios fiscales (exclusión de IVA, deducciones, depreciación acelerada, etc.).
  • Importaciones Temporales: Determinar la viabilidad del régimen (corto o largo plazo), elaborar las declaraciones ante la DIAN, controlar las garantías y hacer seguimiento a los plazos de permanencia para evitar sanciones.
  • Compras y Logística: Ejecutar y controlar el proceso de compras bajo los marcos regulatorios técnicos, financieros y contables, asegurando los tiempos de entrega en obra.
  • Gestión Financiera y Administrativa: Controlar la ejecución del presupuesto, realizar analítica de datos para la toma de decisiones y liderar los informes de balance desde el inicio hasta el cierre de los proyectos.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación Académica: Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres en Comercio Exterior, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, de Producción o carreras afines. Es deseable contar con especialización en energías renovables, regulación energética o sostenibilidad.
  • Experiencia: Más de 3 años de trayectoria liderando proyectos de energías renovables, regulación del sector eléctrico, gestión de trámites gubernamentales, coordinación aduanera, compras e importaciones bajo la Ley 1715.
  • Conocimientos específicos: Dominio de incentivos aduaneros y tributarios, presupuestos, logística y manejo de Excel para el análisis de datos.
  • Competencias clave: Pensamiento analítico, planeación y organización, comunicación de alto impacto, orientación a resultados y alta capacidad de negociación.
