Reconocida compañía de la industria de alimentos, con enfoque en investigación, desarrollo e innovación, está en búsqueda de su Especialista R&D Sensorial/Aromas en Mosquera, Cundinamarca (planta), que lidere la gestión integral, fortalecimiento y operación técnica del panel sensorial para asegurar la calidad sensorial y soportar proyectos de innovación.

Tendrás un rol técnico clave dentro del área de I+D, impactando directamente la calidad sensorial del portafolio.

Serás protagonista en el fortalecimiento del panel sensorial y el soporte a proyectos de innovación en categorías relevantes de alimentos y bebidas.

Trabajarás de manera cercana con la Gerencia de R&D, con alta visibilidad y aporte estratégico en decisiones técnicas.

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia de R&D, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Administrar integralmente el panel sensorial, garantizando su correcta operación y fortalecimiento continuo.

Diseñar, ejecutar y analizar pruebas sensoriales, coordinando catas, sesiones evaluativas y paneles especializados.

Gestionar el laboratorio sensorial, asegurando condiciones y recursos adecuados para la evaluación.

Elaborar y estandarizar protocolos sensoriales, asegurando consistencia y robustez metodológica.

Procesar e interpretar datos sensoriales para soportar el aseguramiento de la calidad sensorial y la toma de decisiones, brindando soporte directo a proyectos de innovación.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

4 años de experiencia en gestión, administración y fortalecimiento de paneles sensoriales (Aromas - Olores) en la industria de alimentos (idealmente en categorías como vinos, cafés, bebidas o casas aromatistas).

Formación profesional en Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Alimentos o áreas afines.

Respaldo académico en análisis sensorial de alimentos (cursos, certificaciones o especializaciones que fortalezcan la experticia técnica).

Conocimiento práctico en diseño/ejecución de pruebas, estandarización de protocolos, análisis de datos sensoriales y gestión de laboratorio sensorial.
