Reconocida compañía multinacional líder en el sector de tecnología médica (MedTech) está en búsqueda de su próximo Finance Business Partner - MedTech en Bogotá, un rol clave que actuará como socio estratégico del negocio, convirtiendo los datos financieros en decisiones que impulsen el crecimiento rentable y sostenible.

Rol Estratégico de Alto Impacto: Serás el aliado financiero directo del Country Head, influyendo activamente en la toma de decisiones que impactan el crecimiento del negocio bajo el enfoque 3Cs (Cash + Costs + Conversion).

Visión Integral del Negocio: Tendrás exposición total al P&L, flujo de caja, CAPEX y capital de trabajo, interactuando con áreas clave como Ventas, Mercadeo y Servicio Técnico.

Participación en decisiones clave: Estarás involucrado en pricing, licitaciones, inversiones, lanzamientos de productos y renovaciones tecnológicas.

Ambiente Global: Formarás parte de una estructura matricial con interacción constante con equipos regionales y casa matriz.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Business Partner Estratégico:

Acompañarás al Country Head y líderes del negocio mediante análisis financieros, modelos de rentabilidad y proyecciones que permitan tomar decisiones informadas y sostenibles.

Impulso a la Rentabilidad:

Identificarás oportunidades de mejora en eficiencia, productividad y retorno sobre la inversión, retando el status quo de las áreas para maximizar resultados.

Gestión Financiera Integral:

Liderarás procesos de budget, forecast y planeación financiera, asegurando el control del P&L, cash flow, CAPEX y capital de trabajo.

Soporte a decisiones comerciales:

Participarás activamente en la estructuración de propuestas comerciales, licitaciones, definición de precios y evaluación de nuevos negocios.

Análisis y Data Driven:

Transformarás datos en insights accionables, desarrollando dashboards y reportes que permitan monitorear KPIs clave del negocio.

Gestión de Proyectos e Inversiones:

Evaluarás la viabilidad financiera de proyectos estratégicos, renovaciones tecnológicas y lanzamientos de nuevos productos.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Formación y experiencia:

Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Administración o carreras afines, con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas financieras, incluyendo al menos 3 años como Finance Business Partner, Controller o roles similares.

Conocimiento técnico:

Sólido manejo de P&L, planeación financiera, pricing, CAPEX, capital de trabajo y análisis de rentabilidad.

Dominio de herramientas:

Nivel avanzado de Excel y experiencia en herramientas de análisis como Power BI.

Idioma:

Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1-B2) para interacción con equipos regionales y globales.

Habilidades clave:

Alta capacidad analítica, pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo por influencia, comunicación asertiva y orientación a resultados.
