Acerca del puesto: Gerente Administrativo

Nuestro cliente es una clínica privada del sector salud con más de 20 años de trayectoria, que hoy se encuentra en una fase de transformación y expansión nacional. Buscamos incorporar un/a Gerente Administrativo con visión estratégica y enfoque comercial, capaz de liderar la operación administrativa y financiera para llevar el negocio al siguiente nivel de excelencia.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

Serás el motor de la operación y el responsable de liderar la expansión de la compañía, asegurando una cultura orientada al alto desempeño. Tendrás un enfoque 360° sobre el negocio y reportarás directamente a la Dirección General:

  • Liderar la operación administrativa y financiera integral de la clínica.
  • Impulsar la expansión nacional, liderando procesos de apertura en nuevas ciudades y el desarrollo de nuevas unidades de negocio.
  • Diseñar y controlar presupuestos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de cada línea de servicio.
  • Establecer y realizar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Liderar la transformación digital e innovación en los procesos internos de la clínica.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando un sentido de pertenencia y una cultura organizacional sólida.
  • Gestionar portafolios de proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas por cada línea de servicio.
  • Optimizar procesos operativos, financieros y logísticos para garantizar la rentabilidad y calidad del servicio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando áreas administrativas y operativas, en el sector salud o servicios privados.
  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Deseable formación de postgrado en Gerencia o Administración.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Conocimiento sólido en gestión financiera, presupuestos e indicadores operativos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en expansión, innovación o desarrollo de nuevos servicios en salud.

  • Habilidad para la resolución de situaciones difíciles.
