Nuestro cliente es una organización respaldada por uno de los grupos empresariales más sólidos y reconocidos de la región, con una amplia trayectoria liderando negocios industriales, de infraestructura y servicios especializados.

Actualmente desarrollan una nueva operación en Latinoamérica enfocada en la comercialización de soluciones para sectores estratégicos como construcción, minería, energía e industria. Buscamos un líder con visión de negocio, capacidad de ejecución y vocación comercial para construir mercado, desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y posicionar una nueva operación con un enorme potencial de crecimiento. 

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

1. Analizar y controlar los estados financieros mensuales y el flujo de caja de la compañía, garantizando la liquidez y rentabilidad, para asegurar la continuidad del negocio.

2. Generar oportunidades de mejora en el seguimiento a los presupuestos mensuales con las diferentes áreas para lograr la rentabilidad y liquidez esperada.

3. Acompañar el proceso de presentación de la información financiera de la compañía ante la Junta Directiva con el fin de asegurar la confiabilidad de las cifras periódicamente.

4. Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de la estrategia corporativa de rentabilidad, liquidez y apalancamiento financiero de la empresa, mediante la medición de los KPI financieros y operativos propios del área, con el fin de tomar decisiones oportunas y certeras.

5. Gestionar el proceso de administración del WIP en conjunto con las áreas comerciales y de servicios con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la compañía para cada línea de negocio.

6. Apoyar en la gestión de administración del Will Call y Outstanding en conjunto con las áreas comerciales, servicios y operaciones con el objetivo de asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la compañía para cada línea de negocio.

7. Supervisar la elaboración, análisis y control de la planeación tributaria de la compañía con el fin de generar ahorros tributarios para la organización.

8. Atender y brindar respuesta oportuna a los requerimientos de las auditorías internas y externas que se realicen al proceso financiero con el fin de garantizar el mejoramiento continuo de la empresa.

Formación:

Profesional en Ciencias Económicas, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía o carreras afines. Maestría o especialización en temas relacionados con el área financiera: Finanzas, Gerencia financiera o Evaluación de Proyectos, Ideal formación en Dirección o MBA.

Conocimientos: Deseables Excel avanzado, modelación financiera.

Experiencia Previa: 8 años de experiencia en cargos afines.
