Reconocida compañía multinacional especializada en logística internacional, agenciamiento de carga y soluciones integrales de transporte está en búsqueda de su Gerente Comercial – Freight Forwarding en Colombia, quien tendrá el reto de desarrollar la operación comercial del país, generar nuevos negocios y acelerar el crecimiento de la compañía en el mercado colombiano.

Reportando directamente al Gerente General Colombia, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar comercialmente la operación de freight forwarding en Colombia, generando nuevos clientes, oportunidades y volumen de negocio.
  • Gestionar relaciones con clientes, líneas navieras, brokers y proveedores estratégicos, con especial foco en carga marítima, seguida de carga aérea y terrestre.
  • Liderar el proceso comercial de principio a fin: prospección, cotización, negociación, cierre, seguimiento de oportunidades y cumplimiento del presupuesto asignado.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Trayectoria sólida en freight forwarding, agenciamiento de carga, logística internacional o sectores directamente relacionados.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento profundo de carga marítima, líneas navieras y actores relevantes del mercado.
  • Red de relacionamiento comercial activa y capacidad para generar oportunidades y negocios desde el corto plazo.
  • Inglés avanzado, requisito excluyente.
