Reconocida compañía del sector automotriz está en búsqueda de su gerente comercial de llantas en Bogotá que lidere la estrategia y posicionamiento de llantas premium.

Reportando directamente a la Dirección Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y potenciar la fuerza de ventas: Gestionarás, formarás y motivarás a un equipo de asesores comerciales a nivel nacional para impulsar el posicionamiento y la venta del portafolio.
  • Diseñar la estrategia comercial y de mercadeo: Analizarás las tendencias del sector para definir el inventario óptimo y crear estrategias que permitan competir con éxito en el mercado.
  • Gestión de cuentas clave: Mantendrás y fortalecerás el relacionamiento comercial con fábricas, flotas, mayoristas y otros aliados estratégicos del sector para identificar oportunidades de negocio. 

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia sectorial: Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia liderando equipos y estrategias comerciales en el sector de llantas (preferiblemente segmento premium).
  • Visión estratégica: Sólida experiencia comprobable en estrategias de mercadeo y desarrollo de canales de distribución. Relacionamiento: Excelente capacidad para el manejo y negociación con cuentas claves a nivel nacional.
  • Perfil académico y administrativo: Título profesional (pregrado culminado) y una fuerte estructura orientada a procesos y rigor administrativo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
