Reconocida multinacional de la Industria Med-Tech / Health Care está en búsqueda de su Gerente Comercial y de Mercadeo en Bogotá, que asuma el liderazgo integral del negocio, combinando una sólida visión estratégica, ejecución comercial y control financiero para el cumplimiento de objetivos de crecimiento y PnL.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de negocio y ventas a nivel nacional para garantizar la consecución de las metas financieras (P&L, Cash Flow y Working Capital).
  • Guiar, desarrollar y articular eficazmente los equipos comerciales, de producto/marketing y servicio técnico.
  • Analizar y controlar la ejecución presupuestal, optimizando la rentabilidad y adaptando las tácticas comerciales a las necesidades del mercado.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación Profesional Administrativas, preferiblemente con Posgrado o MBA.
  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (indispensable).
  • Perfil integral: Experiencia demostrada combinando estrategia de marketing, relacionamiento comercial y un fuerte dominio del análisis financiero de la unidad.
  • Experiencia previa en liderazgo de equipos comerciales y gestión estratégica en la industria de dispositivos médicos o tecnología para la salud.
