Reconocida compañía del sector de consumo masivo y alimentos está en búsqueda de su Gerente de Compras en Bogotá que lidere y ejecute la estrategia integral de abastecimiento de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Administrar y optimizar un presupuesto de compras de aproximadamente $500.000 millones de pesos anuales, identificando oportunidades de ahorro y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Dirigir, desarrollar y empoderar a un equipo de 5 reportes directos (Coordinadores a cargo de Materias Primas, Empaques, Compras Directas y Compras Técnicas).
  • Liderar las negociaciones de alto nivel y la estrategia de categorías tanto para compras directas como indirectas.
  • Monitorear constantemente el comportamiento de commodities, tasas de cambio e inflación para asegurar coberturas adecuadas.
  • Trabajar de la mano con las áreas de I+D, Calidad, Producción, Marketing y Finanzas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de abastecimiento.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Contar con un mínimo de 8 años de experiencia ejerciendo el rol de Gerente de Compras o Gerente de Abastecimiento.
  • Tener amplia experiencia y un entendimiento profundo del mercado en empresas de Consumo Masivo, preferiblemente en el sector de Alimentos.
  • Contar con experiencia comprobada manejando presupuestos (spend) superiores a los $300.000 - $500.000 millones de pesos.
