Operations & Property Manager – Punta Cana, RD

Nuestro cliente es una plataforma de hospitalidad y gestión de propiedades en plena fase de expansión en República Dominicana. Buscamos a un líder operativo con "botas en la tierra" y mentalidad de escala, capaz de transformar una operación de 30 unidades en una maquinaria eficiente lista para gestionar cientos de inmuebles con estándares de clase mundial.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Te integrarás como el arquitecto de la ejecución operativa, reportando directamente a la Gerencia General. Tu misión es garantizar que cada propiedad bajo la administración de NOK sea un activo impecable, funcional y rentable, eliminando la reactividad y construyendo procesos de mantenimiento y servicio de alta calidad.

En este rol deberás:

  • Liderar la Ejecución Operativa & Facility Management: Supervisar el ciclo de vida diario de las unidades (aseo, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, infraestructura y servicios), asegurando que cada inmueble esté siempre "guest-ready".
  • Gestión de Equipos en Campo: Dirigir y profesionalizar al equipo operativo (mantenimiento, limpieza y logística). Serás responsable de la planificación de turnos, la disciplina operativa y el cumplimiento estricto de checklists mediante un liderazgo firme y humano.
  • Control Total de Supply Chain & Inventarios: Gestionar de punta a punta la bodega, insumos de dotación, lencería y activos. Implementarás controles para evitar quiebres de stock y optimizar el uso de recursos.
  • Rigor Administrativo y Financiero: Administrar presupuestos operativos y cajas menores con precisión. Transformarás la operación en números mediante la creación de KPIs (tiempos de alistamiento, eficiencia de costos, frecuencia de daños) para una toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Escalabilidad y Mejora Continua: Identificar cuellos de botella y diseñar los procesos necesarios para que la operación soporte el crecimiento acelerado de la compañía hacia las 100 y 1000 unidades.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 a 10 años en roles de alta intensidad operativa. Valoramos perfiles provenientes de hotelería, gestión de propiedades (Short-term rentals), plantas de producción, logística o facilities management.
  • Liderazgo Comprobado: Experiencia real manejando personal operativo de base, con capacidad de generar accountability y mantener estándares de calidad bajo presión.
  • Perfil Híbrido: Buscamos a alguien que disfrute estar en el campo resolviendo problemas técnicos, pero que tenga la capacidad analítica para sentarse frente a un Excel y proyectar costos o planificar la semana.
  • Autonomía y Resiliencia: Mentalidad ownership. Si algo se rompe un domingo, tú eres quien garantiza que se solucione, pero también quien diseña el plan para que no vuelva a romperse.
