En T-mapp estamos acompañando a una importante entidad financiera (SOFOM) en México enfocada en crédito y arrendamiento, que se encuentra en una etapa de aceleración y transformación. Actualmente, buscamos su próximo Gerente de Planeación Financiera, una posición clave para impulsar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y financieras del negocio.

Esta posición tendrá una alta exposición tanto a la Dirección de la compañía como al fondo de inversión. Buscamos un perfil altamente hands-on, sólido en modelación y análisis financiero, con visión de negocio y capacidad analítica para conectar los drivers operativos con la rentabilidad estratégica de la organización.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Planeación Financiera y Modelación: Construirás, administrarás y analizarás modelos financieros dinámicos desde cero. Liderarás el forecast, presupuesto, análisis de escenarios y desviaciones, proyectando variables clave como cartera, liquidez, fondeo y costo financiero.
  • Análisis y Performance del Negocio: Analizarás indicadores clave del negocio crediticio y de arrendamiento (cartera, covenants, costo financiero, rentabilidad, entre otros) para traducir los números en recomendaciones accionables para la Dirección.
  • Creación de Valor y Criterio de Negocio: Bajarás al detalle operativo para cuestionar supuestos y entender los drivers de la compañía, evaluando la rentabilidad y generando análisis y narrativas ejecutivas para Board, Comités y Dirección.
  • Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Equipo: Fortalecerás y desarrollarás de manera progresiva el área de Planeación Financiera, estableciendo estructura y mejores prácticas sin perder la agilidad operativa.
  • Relación con Stakeholders: Mantendrás una comunicación fluida y oportuna con el fondo de Private Equity y la alta dirección, respondiendo con rapidez, claridad y criterio ejecutivo a solicitudes de análisis complejos y escenarios de negocio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia sólida e idealmente reciente en Planeación Financiera / FP&A, así como en modelación financiera avanzada para instituciones o negocios financieros (banca, SOFOMs, financieras o negocios con lógica de cartera y liquidez).
  • Conocimiento y experiencia real manejando variables financieras clave: cartera, fondeo, liquidez, costo financiero, covenants y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Capacidad probada para construir, administrar y analizar modelos financieros propios (no solo interpretar modelos existentes).
  • Perfil altamente hands-on: apasionado por el detalle, la ejecución y la construcción de análisis, combinado con criterio de negocio y visión estratégica.
  • Evidencia de liderazgo, capacidad para estructurar y desarrollar equipo, y excelente comunicación ejecutiva frente a stakeholders exigentes.
  • Experiencia en el mercado mexicano (deseable por particularidades financieras y fiscales locales) y residencia en Ciudad de México con disponibilidad para trabajar bajo un esquema presencial.
