Reconocida compañía de consumo masivo e industrial está en búsqueda de su Gerente de Planeación Financiera en Bogotá que lidere el proceso integral de planeación financiera, control de gestión y generación de valor de la organización.

  • Contarás con alta autoridad en la toma de decisiones, aprobando criterios de consolidación y evaluando la viabilidad de nuevos proyectos e inversiones.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Consolidar la información financiera y de gestión de Productos Ramo, ZFCA y Pudines & Ponqués, garantizando su integridad y consistencia.
  • Liderar la construcción, seguimiento y actualización del presupuesto anual, forecast, PVO y planeación financiera de largo plazo.
  • Diseñar, analizar y presentar los indicadores financieros clave (EBITDA, Utilidad Neta, Flujo de Caja, Capital de Trabajo, EVA, ROIC).
  • Administrar el presupuesto de inversiones (CAPEX) y liderar el análisis, control y seguimiento de los costos de las plantas PIR, ZFCA y Molino.
  • Analizar la viabilidad financiera, los riesgos y el retorno esperado de proyectos estratégicos, nuevos negocios e iniciativas comerciales

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título universitario, en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o afines, complementado con especialización en finanzas y MBA.
  • Experiencia específica en áreas de finanzas y planeación financiera dentro de empresas de consumo masivo e industriales.
  • Conocimientos técnicos sólidos en presupuestación, contabilidad de costos, flujos de caja, valoración, evaluación de proyectos, EVA y estrategia financiera.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la presentación de indicadores clave a equipos directivos, así como en el manejo de equipos con excelente comunicación asertiva.
