Reconocida compañía líder en la industria de dispositivos médicos está en búsqueda de su Gerente de Producto – Dispositivos Médicos Especializados en Bogotá que lidere y ejecute la estrategia integral de mercadeo de la línea asignada para maximizar la rentabilidad, el posicionamiento de marca y el crecimiento de mercado.

Reportando directamente al Business Manager, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Estrategia y P&L: Diseñar la estrategia de marketing, fijación de precios, proyecciones de rentabilidad, análisis financiero y manejo del P&L de la línea asignada.
  • Efectividad Comercial y Alineación: Generar planes diferenciadores frente a la competencia y herramientas clave para influir e impulsar los resultados de la fuerza de ventas en el mercado institucional.
  • Gestión de Portafolio y Lanzamientos: Liderar la investigación de mercados, dimensionamiento de demanda, lanzamientos de productos, gestión de CAPEX y educación médica continua con stakeholders clave.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación académica: Profesional en carreras de la salud, administrativas o ingenierías, deseablemente con posgrado en mercadeo.
  • Experiencia profesional: Mínimo 5 años en roles similares liderando mercadeo estratégico y financiero dentro de la industria de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutica.
  • Idiomas: Dominio del idioma inglés en nivel intermedio-avanzado (B2/C1).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo avanzado de finanzas de marketing, herramientas CRM y mercadeo institucional de dispositivos médicos.
