Reconocida compañía líder del sector de consumo masivo, está en búsqueda de su Gerente de Territorio – Zona Costa en la Región Costa de Colombia, que lidere la estrategia comercial de la regional, impulsando el crecimiento rentable de canales, mediante el desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño y una ejecución comercial de excelencia.

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la estrategia comercial de la regional, garantizando el crecimiento rentable de los canales Tradicional, Distribuidores y Moderno.
  • Administrar el presupuesto de ventas, los indicadores comerciales y el margen operacional del territorio asignado.
  • Desarrollar, acompañar y fortalecer al equipo comercial, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño y supervisión en campo.
  • Negociar con clientes estratégicos y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales en el mercado.
  • Optimizar la gestión de recursos, rutas comerciales, productividad, visibilidad en punto de venta y desarrollo del mercado.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Especialización culminada.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales en empresas de consumo masivo, preferiblemente del sector de alimentos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de canales Tradicional y Moderno, administración de presupuestos, negociación comercial y liderazgo de equipos.
