Una reconocida compañía del sector de consumo masivo está en búsqueda de su Gerente de Tesorería en Bogotá, quien tendrá el reto de gestionar estratégicamente los recursos financieros de la organización, garantizando la disponibilidad de fondos, optimizando la liquidez y rentabilidad y mitigando los riesgos financieros.

  • Podrás liderar procesos de liquidez, flujo de caja, financiamiento, cartera, inversiones y riesgos financieros.
  • Tendrás la oportunidad de fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con bancos y entidades financieras, participando en la negociación de créditos y fuentes de financiamiento.

Reportando directamente al Director Financiero, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar el flujo de caja corporativo a corto plazo, mediante el análisis, monitoreo y proyección de la posición de tesorería.
  • Administrar los excedentes de caja e inversiones temporales, optimizando la rentabilidad sin comprometer la liquidez.
  • Supervisar y optimizar la administración del capital de trabajo, cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
  • Gestionar los riesgos financieros, incluyendo tasas de interés, tasas de cambio y riesgo de cartera, así como implementar estrategias de cobertura.
  • Gestionar las obligaciones financieras, líneas de crédito y fuentes de financiamiento, manteniendo relaciones estratégicas con entidades financieras.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Contaduría Pública, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Especialización y/o Maestría en Finanzas, Finanzas Corporativas, Gerencia Financiera o áreas relacionadas.
  • Más de 5 años desempeñando cargos de liderazgo en Tesorería, Finanzas Corporativas o posiciones afines, idealmente en empresas de tamaño similar o superior a Organización Ramo.
  • Experiencia en liquidez, financiamiento, riesgos financieros, cartera e inversiones, así como relacionamiento y negociación con entidades financieras.
