Reconocida compañía de manufactura industrial busca Gerente Financiero con trayectoria profesional en compañías con presencia multinacional, preferiblemente en industrias de manufactura o productos industriales.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia financiera regional de la compañía, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad.
  • Liderar y controlar los procesos financieros y contables en Ecuador, Perú, Colombia y México, garantizando consistencia, eficiencia y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Gestionar y supervisar el cumplimiento tributario en los países de operación, incluyendo impuestos directos, indirectos, planeación fiscal y atención de auditorías.
  • Estructurar y gestionar préstamos y líneas de crédito con bancos internacionales, incluyendo negociación de condiciones, garantías y seguimiento financiero.
  • Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros avanzados (proyecciones, escenarios, sensibilidad, CAPEX y OPEX).
  • Liderar la elaboración, control y seguimiento de presupuestos anuales y forecasts periódicos.
  • Realizar análisis financiero de licitaciones y contratos, evaluando rentabilidad, riesgos financieros, estructura de costos y retorno de inversión.
  • Monitorear indicadores financieros clave (cash flow, EBITDA, margen, endeudamiento, ROI).
  • Apoyar a la Gerencia General en la toma de decisiones estratégicas, inversiones y expansión regional.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial. Especialización o Maestría en Finanzas, MBA o afines
  • Nivel de inglés Intermedio Avanzado
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles financieros senior o de liderazgo.
  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando operaciones financieras en Ecuador, Perú, Colombia y México. Sólido conocimiento en tributación y normatividad fiscal en los países mencionados.
  • Experiencia en gestión de financiamiento con bancos internacionales.
  • Participación directa en modelación financiera, presupuestos y análisis de licitaciones.
  • Experiencia en entornos industriales, manufactureros o compañías con operaciones regionales. Manejo de COSTOS

Requisitos clave:

  • Planeación financiera y control de gestión (FP&A).
  • Negociación bancaria, financiamiento y gestión de deuda.
  • Evaluación de inversiones y proyectos.
