Nuestro cliente es una organización respaldada por uno de los grupos empresariales más sólidos y reconocidos de la región, con una amplia trayectoria liderando negocios industriales, de infraestructura y servicios especializados.

Actualmente desarrollan una nueva operación en Latinoamérica enfocada en la comercialización de soluciones para sectores estratégicos como construcción, minería, energía e industria.

Buscamos un líder con visión de negocio, capacidad de ejecución y vocación comercial para construir mercado, desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y posicionar una nueva operación con un enorme potencial de crecimiento.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Liderar la puesta en marcha y consolidación de una nueva operación industrial B2B en un mercado con alto potencial de crecimiento.

Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de expansión comercial y posicionamiento de la compañía.

Desarrollar relaciones de alto nivel con clientes estratégicos de los sectores construcción, minería, energía e industria.

Liderar negociaciones complejas de bienes de capital y proyectos de alto valor económico.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de crecimiento, rentabilidad y sostenibilidad financiera de la operación.

Supervisar las áreas comercial, administrativa, financiera, logística y técnica, asegurando una ejecución alineada con los estándares corporativos.

Participar activamente en la construcción de la estructura organizacional, atracción de talento y desarrollo de cultura empresarial.

Gestionar indicadores financieros, presupuestos, flujo de caja y desempeño operativo.

Coordinar la relación con aliados estratégicos, proveedores y stakeholders clave del negocio.

Presentar avances, resultados y planes de crecimiento a la alta dirección y junta directiva.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.

Especialización o MBA en Dirección, Estrategia, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas (deseable).

Experiencia liderando unidades de negocio, operaciones o compañías dentro de sectores industriales, construcción, minería, energía, maquinaria pesada o industrias afines.

Trayectoria comprobada desarrollando negocios B2B y gestionando ventas consultivas de alto valor.

Experiencia administrando presupuestos, estados financieros y cumplimiento de indicadores de rentabilidad.

Historial exitoso liderando procesos de apertura de mercado, expansión territorial, transformación empresarial o construcción de nuevas unidades de negocio.

Experiencia dirigiendo equipos multidisciplinarios y construyendo estructuras organizacionales de alto desempeño.

Inglés intermedio o avanzado será considerado un valor agregado.
