Reconocida empresa colombiana especializada en renting y arrendamiento operativo de vehículos, maquinaria y activos productivos, se encuentra en búsqueda de su Gerente Regional Centro. Esta posición será responsable de cumplir y superar los presupuestos de venta tanto individuales como regionales, liderando equipos de ventas consultivas B2B y gestionando clientes corporativos estratégicos

Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Generar una planeación comercial que garantice el cumplimento del presupuesto.
  • Consolidar equipo de regional
  • Dirigir la operación comercial en Bogotá, con enfoque en crecimiento sostenible, desarrollo de mercado y rentabilidad regional.
  • Liderar y fortalecer el equipo comercial, impulsando disciplina comercial, claridad operativa y cultura orientada a resultados.
  • Responder por la gestión directa de clientes corporativos, desarrollo de nuevos negocios y expansión hacia sectores estratégicos para la compañía.
  • Responder por la construcción y optimización de procesos comerciales y operativos, fortaleciendo la previsión, el relacionamiento con clientes y la ejecución en campo.
  • Lograr conformar un equipo de personas exitosas, siendo un líder responsable de su selección y desarrollo constante.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración o Finanzas; Especialización y/o maestría; estudios complementarios en temas financieros, comerciales o de liderazgo
  • Contar con más de 5 años de experiencia reciente en ventas consultivas B2B, preferiblemente en sectores financieros, banca corporativa o fintech.
  • Cumplir presupuestos comerciales individuales superiores a COP $10.000 millones anuales en posiciones de venta directa B2B.(EXCLUYENTE)
  • Comercializar productos o soluciones con tickets promedio cercanos a COP $300 millones. (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Liderar equipos de manera directa o funcional, movilizando personas y recursos para el logro de objetivos y metas comerciales.
