Nuestro cliente, una destacada compañía del sector logístico y de cadena de suministro, busca sumar a su equipo un Gerente Senior de Operaciones en El Salvador. Este cargo es fundamental para liderar integralmente el negocio de almacenamiento, siendo el responsable directo del P&L.

Buscamos a un profesional estratégico y dinámico capaz de gestionar eficientemente los recursos, capacidades y activos de la compañía para asegurar la excelencia operacional, la rentabilidad, el cumplimiento de compromisos con clientes y la articulación con las áreas comerciales y de soporte.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Gestión Financiera y P&L: Gestionar el P&L del negocio de almacenes, elaborar y ejecutar presupuestos y forecasts, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, margen y EBITDA, e identificando desviaciones o riesgos oportunos.

Dirección Operacional: Dirigir las operaciones de almacenamiento garantizando productividad, calidad, continuidad operativa, exactitud de inventarios y cumplimiento estricto de los niveles de servicio (SLA) acordados.

Rentabilidad y Gestión de Clientes: Liderar la relación operativa con clientes, participar en comités de servicio, gestionar incidentes, evaluar rentabilidad por contrato/sede e implementar planes de recuperación o renegociación contractual.

Transformación y Mejora Continua: Liderar procesos de implementación, estandarización, digitalización, automatización y mejora operacional continua.

Cumplimiento Normativo y Seguridad: Garantizar el cumplimiento de legislación laboral, seguridad y salud en el trabajo, medio ambiente, calidad, seguridad patrimonial y continuidad del negocio, promoviendo una cultura preventiva.

Toma de Decisiones y Liderazgo: Gestionar los indicadores clave (KPIs) del área para decisiones estratégicas y dirigir un equipo de trabajo de alto desempeño (6 a 10 colaboradores directos).

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Educación: Profesional en carreras Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, de Alimentos o afines. Deseable contar con especialización en áreas administrativas o logísticas.

Experiencia: Mínimo 8 años dirigiendo operaciones, preferiblemente en el sector logístico y de cadena de suministro. Experiencia comprobada gestionando presupuestos, rentabilidad, clientes y P&L (deseable en almacenamiento 3PL).

Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo de procesos logísticos (almacenaje y transporte), sistemas de información logísticos (WMS / TMS), Sistemas Integrados de Gestión, indicadores de gestión y metodologías de mejora continua. Conocimiento en legislación laboral e inglés (escrito y hablado) deseables.

Habilidades Blandas: Vocación de servicio y excelencia, capacidad para resolver problemas con urgencia, actitud de crecimiento, cultura de innovación, enfoque en resultados, perseverancia y liderazgo de equipos de alto desempeño.
