En T-mapp estamos acompañando con una fintech global dedicada al envío de dinero entre países, que está en búsqueda de su próximo Growth Manager para la región Andina, con base en Nueva York. Este rol será clave para seguir expandiendo su presencia y crecimiento en mercados de Latam

La persona en esta posición estará muy conectada con la comunidad latina en Estados Unidos, entendiendo sus necesidades y encontrando formas efectivas de facilitar el envío de dinero a sus familias en Latinoamérica. Buscamos a alguien con mucha energía, enfoque en resultados y ganas de crecer, que pueda combinar acciones en campo con estrategias de marketing para generar impacto real en el negocio.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Adquisición de Usuarios: Serás el responsable directo de incrementar los new senders desde la comunidad latina en EE. UU. hacia la región Andina.
  • Activaciones en Comunidades: Identificarás y ejecutarás eventos presenciales, colaboraciones con influencers y alianzas con instituciones de la diáspora.
  • Experience Marketing: Implementarás tácticas de marketing de experiencias para diferenciar la plataforma de la banca tradicional.
  • Optimización de Canales: Manejarás el presupuesto de performance marketing, buscando siempre la eficiencia en el CAC y la diversificación de canales de adquisición.
  • Identidad de Marca: Asegurarás una comunicación formal y profesional que resuene con el público latino en EE. UU..

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia Fintech: Mínimo 6 a 8 años en el sector Fintech o Startups de alto crecimiento (experiencia en remesas es un gran plus).
  • Ubicación: Candidato residente en Nueva York o dispuesto a relocalizarse (Presencia en oficina 5 días).
  • Idiomas: Inglés y Español bilingüe (indispensable).
  • Perfil Ejecutor: Experiencia real lanzando y optimizando campañas directamente; no buscamos solo gestores de agencias.
  • Conexión Cultural: Profundo entendimiento de las dinámicas de los latinos que viven en EE. UU. y su vínculo con Latinoamérica.
